Read his last update. His life seems to be hectic right now. Always gets that way during the summer.

True, game is in lag period. But with his carrier starting out, this is understandable. This winter we might get lucky and he'll get to work on the game.

RE: 11/05/12 - Life Update
I've gotten a little help, don't know if he wants to be mentioned by name though. So he's helped with changing a lot of the old files that still have old code in them (stuff like services/reacting to actions like bidding on a contract, etc...). I've been working on stuff that involves the frontend because I'm basically a beast at JavaScript Smile

I've also rewritten how we are doing templates, basically each tab will have its own template loaded into 1 parent template. The more we can separate stuff (within reason) the easier it will be to track stuff down for the most part. This has also helped with organization. View Company is almost done, route display is done, my driver still has work on the garage. Once those pages are done they are "The Big 3", the pages that are most complex in the game.

After them I'll work on contracts and try to fix some bugs on that page as well (should be able to fix most of them).

After that its mostly pages that are quick and just getting it done. Now, while I'm getting close on some stuff there is still quite a bit of work and then testing. Still really only working on it during the weekends with my free time then, but it is being worked on at least once a week. I still have no timeline I can give you of when I think it will be done. This game is a complex system that needed to be rewritten for my sanity, its a lot of work but it had to be done.

I am one of the creators and the owner of TruckingSim.com I will be the main person doing the code for the game, if you have any questions please message me. Thanks for all the support everyone has given so far Big Grin

Why would a coder not want to be mentioned.
