RE: Subcontractors List
Bibs got a point tho Wey, we are not out to kill any company that fails a sub, stuff happens.
Only trying to tag the habitual offenders.
I dont mind subbing to a company with an 80% completion %.

RE: Subcontractors List
You missed the entire point of the argument.
Please reread and see what you missed.

As I said NO system is going to be perfect.
80% completion is very high.
My company is at 76% completion but only failed one subcontract load. (The main still completed the 1 load we were short).
If you set your min rate to be 80% you would miss the opportunity to have the best small company here complete your contract.
If you dont get anyone to take the contract then you run the risk of failing the entire contract.
Better to give someone 12 loads have them complete 10 and you finish the other two than be 10 loads short yourself.

Again the point is both a % completion and a bond rating system have their flaws but both are better than what we have now.

BTW....That Admin test company is kicking your AZZ.

not my fault stupid ex vp messed tht up not me okay the 8 that got completed were all thanks to me i fired all my drivers except my most reliable one

I have a suggestion that might help improve the sub contract system.
It would involve redesigning the the company bio page.
Where the contracts number is now we could move the money there....fits perfectly and becomes more prominent.
Where the money and items is it would now be labeled CONTRACTS with 4 boxes just like the collection and assistance above.
The 4 boxes would be labeled:
1. Current contracts (With the link currently being used)
2. Completed Contracts
3. Failed Contracts
4. Completion % (box 2 divided by the sum of box 2 and 3)

On the page where sub contracts are created we could add a minimum contract completion % similar to the min # of drivers.
The benefit would be that companies would strive to complete their contracts and be rewarded for doing so.
Companies that create sub contracts would be better protected because they can manage their risk.
If they set the acceptable completion % too high then they would find it more difficult to get their contracts subbed out.
If they set it too low they run a higher risk of the sub failing.
It would be up to each company to find their own acceptable level of risk.

agreed

RE: Subcontractors List
willo996 you just keep doing what you are , your doing a good job fixing the mess your ex VP/and you created
the thing is that ppl on the internet lie ,its not just here, its every where on the net, ever seen catfish, well same thing on here
the net is full of ppl saying one thing and are a completely different, as a 10 yr old can say he is 35 and been playing this game since trukz, just to get a VP spot, so its not his fault that a person told him he had x amount of experience and had none,

so i applaud him for sticking with the game and the same company, not just quitting like so many have or screwing up a company and ditching it and starting another one just to screw up another and another, like a few are doing in this game , thus is why where doing this thread in the 1st place , {like the person in the above post}

so willo996 , you just keep doing what you are doing to fix that reputation you now have and in time your % will be a positive one
