It's flames, a bad injector puking extra fuel, a blown turbo seal, clogged air filters could all possibly cause flames to come out of the exhaust.. I knew one guy that hooked up spark plugs to his exhaust to burn the unburnt fuel to get flames..

The background was a bit too Dark for me, but I changed that.

(any decent editing program will do, and if You know how to work with layers, it's easy..)
